From the booking to handing the car back
For detailing studios, car washes, tint and PPF centres
Add wash, interior cleaning, polishing, ceramic coating, PPF and window tint from ready templates and enter your own prices. Every service has its own price, time and bay.
- Bookings per bay — Add your bays and assign a technician to each. A new booking takes a free bay by itself, and you can move it to another one. You can also block a single bay — for a break or closed hours.
- Price by car size — A service has its own price and duration for S, M, L and XL. The customer sees the price for their car's size — VELTRO works the size out from the car's details.
- Curing time — After a ceramic coating or PPF, the bay stays taken for the curing time you set, so the next booking never lands on it.
- Add-ons — Give a service extra items with their own price and time. The customer ticks them when booking and sees the total price and time at once.
- Job progress with photos — During the job you send the customer its stages and photos, marking a photo "before" or "after". The customer sees them on the booking page and gets a notification.
- Chat with the customer — Every booking has its own chat — agree on the details with the customer right there, with photos too.
- Your own shop — Turn on the store in Settings and sell the care products you use yourself — on your page, next to your services.
From the catalogue to the order
For importers and distributors of car-care products
One catalogue sells to drivers and to studios and services. For each product you decide who sees it — customers, businesses or both.
- Stock from a file — Upload your stock as an xlsx or csv file, up to 50,000 rows in one file. You review the changes first, and nothing changes until you confirm. A template file is included.
- A photo drop page — For product photos you get a private link — drop a whole folder at once from your phone or computer, without signing in. The photos are matched to your products and go public only after you approve them.
- Selling to drivers — A driver finds your product in search or on your shop page and orders it. You confirm the order; the customer picks it up or gets it by your own courier and pays on receipt. Care chemicals fit every car, so they show no fitment check.
- Wholesale prices for verified businesses — Next to the retail price you set a wholesale price. Only verified businesses see it. A service or studio adds your product to a job estimate and the order comes at the wholesale price; a shop sends you a supply order.
- What people search for — See what drivers and services search for — what you have but is out of stock, what isn't visible, and what nobody on VELTRO has. You see counts only, never who searched. This is in the Commerce Pro package.

For a studio — Service, 49 ₾ a month.
For an importer — Commerce, 99 ₾ a month, or Commerce Pro, 149 ₾ a month.
Every price includes VAT; commission on sales — 0%.

I run a detailing studio — how do I start?
Register your business and choose the type "Wash / detailing / PPF / tyres / tint / audio". Then add your bays and your services with your prices. The first 30 days are free.
How does pricing by car size work?
Turn on size pricing for a service and enter a price and duration for S, M, L and XL. The customer sees the price for their car. If size makes no difference, keep one price.
A ceramic coating needs time to cure — does the bay stay taken?
Yes. Set the curing time on the service and the bay stays taken for that time too — no other booking lands on it.
How do I show the customer the result of polishing or interior cleaning?
Upload photos in the job's progress and mark them "before" or "after". The customer sees them on the booking page.
I'm an importer — will everyone see my wholesale price?
No. Only verified businesses see the wholesale price; drivers see the retail price.
How do I upload my products?
With an xlsx or csv file — the template is in the app. Before anything changes you see what will be added and what will change. For photos you get a private link and drop a whole folder at once.
Does VELTRO take a commission?
No — commission on sales is 0%. You pay only the monthly subscription, and the first 30 days are free. Prices include VAT.
