FAQ
How do I sign up?
Simple sign-up at business.nyxc.app — identification code, IBAN, your location on the map and 3 photos. We check the code in the registry; the answer usually comes within 24 hours.
How much does it cost?
The first 14 days are free. After that — 49 ₾ a month (VAT included) for any type of business and 0% commission. You get one invoice a month.
Who sets the prices?
Only you. Menu prices, ranges and add-ons are in your hands. The assistant drafts estimates only with your own menu prices.
How many services do I need on my menu?
Customers see your business once at least 5 services on your menu have a price — fixed or a narrow range (the upper bound at most 1.5× the lower). Repair shops also need a priced diagnostics service. Parts sellers are exempt.
How do I upload my parts catalogue?
With an Excel or CSV file, a Shopify / WooCommerce sync, or one by one. Upload photos in bulk — name each file after the part's article number.
How do I get paid?
The customer pays you directly — on site or, if you connect it, online to your own merchant account. G8 Car never touches your money. The plan is billed by a monthly invoice.
How do I find out about an order?
A notification arrives in the app right away, for parts orders by e-mail too. You have 2 working hours to confirm a parts order. Bookings confirm automatically unless you turn on approval first.
